Women play significant role in the formation of human society. They play key role in the brought up of their children. They are the basic institutions of learning for their children.
This is an undeniable fact that women and men are created in different physical structure; they are different in terms of emotions and requirements.Similarly they have different strengths and weaknesses so their problems, responsibilities and commandments for them are different too.
Tafseer un nisa which is compiled by shaykh ibni nawab, it is the first ever Tafseer which has been compiled Issues and matters related to women. In the topic under discussion, the modern jurisprudential issues of women will be described and an overview will be presented in the context of the fatwas of Salafi/Arab scholars and Hanafi jurisprudence, so that the solutions to these issues can be broadened and diversified, which will be of general benefit.
