Introduction of Proposed Waqf Laws(need and desired objectives of enactment of new laws)

Abstract

Waqf is a charity work. Our religion guides us to help needy people.  Waqf means dedicating their money to hospitals, shrines, needy and poor peoples, and other pious work for the sake of Islam and the welfare of humanity, that s why ulema set rules for the waqf properties. In this article, the needs and objectives of new waqf laws have been discussed.in this paper rules and regulations of waqf have been discussed and as analysis of enacted 1979, and 2020 waqf laws in Pakistan.
