Critical Analysis of Tarjuman-Ul-Quran in the Light of Qasasul Quran & Tafseer-E-Kabeer

Abstract

The following article is based on critical analysis of “Tarjuman-ul-Quran”. The critical anaylsis of Tarjuman-ul-Quran is done in the light of Qasasul Quran by Mulana Hifz-ur-Rehman Siharvi and Tafseer-E-Kabeer by Imam Razi. Imam Razi was a great Philosopher & Historian and as compare to other Mufasrin, Mulana Azad has given diverse opinion in the light of history and philosophy regarding different incidents mentioned in the Quran and there is no doubt about it that Mulana Azad’s diverse openion has opened new ways for knowledge and research. On the same way Mulana Hifz-ur-Rehman has focused on Qasasus (stories) mentioned in the Holy Quran. Mulana Azad & Mulana Hifz-ur-Rehman Siharvi both were contemporaries but most of the times Mulana Hifz-ur-Rehman Siharvi and Mulana Azad had same opinion. As Mulana Hifz-ur-Rehman Siharvi was also great philosopher and revolutionary person so as compare to Jumhur Mufasrin he seems to have different opinion.
